Breaking News Of National Interests- Your Dog Is Dead

Another site which I am sure will be a regular source of content for this blog is Fox News. I went there today and clicked on the US section of the site and was floored by the top headline, "Dog Dies After Encounter With Toxic 'Bufo' Toad"

The idea that some random poodle died somewhere and it was deemed newsworthy is beyond comprehension. Maybe- at most- it could be on a little sympathy peace on the local news in a small town, but to have it on the headlines of the "most watched news channel" is completely ludicrous.

The absurdity of the story itself was eclipsed for me by this comment from Jess:
Simultaneously inconsiderate, racist, and obnoxious. And in all caps.
